Les Sentiers du ruisseau was developed in conjunction with Ville de Longueuil's Direction de l'urbanisme. Catania – Groupe Immobilier, the proud developer of the project, was keen on offering a living environment featuring all the benefits of an urban development, while harmoniously integrating into the surrounding natural setting.
A dead-end street design as well as a park with a playground and walking trails right within the development, help create a safe and peaceful living environment.
